A comprehensive course designed to equip healthcare professionals with the knowledge and tools necessary to tackle the challenges of antifungal stewardship across various healthcare settings. Fungal infections pose a significant threat to patient health, particularly in immunocompromised individuals or those with underlying medical conditions. Effective antifungal stewardship is crucial in combating the rising incidence of fungal infections and mitigating the emergence of drug resistance.
Intended audience:
ID Physicians, Medical Microbiologists, Clinical Pharmac(olog)ists, ICU Physicians, Internists, Specialist Nurses, Paediatricians and other medical specialties.
